Every visit to SANZA is a treat — this place never disappoints.
This time, I came specifically for the dish shown in the third photo: Foie Gras Daikon.
At first, I wasn’t sure what to expect from this combination — but the moment it hit my tongue, I was blown away. The daikon radish, soaked in savory Japanese broth, blends perfectly with the richness of the foie gras. It creates an umami explosion unlike anything I’ve had before.
It’s not always on the menu, so if you see it — don’t miss it.
The fourth photo shows another standout: Ultimate TKG (Tamago Kake Gohan) — warm seasoned rice topped with a raw egg yolk and a pinch of truffle salt.
Simple, elegant, and absolutely divine.
If you’re in the Chuo-Rinkan area and want to experience creative Japanese dining at its finest, SANZA is well worth a visit.
